How do I locate my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also log into your account dashboard on our website to view your order status and real-time tracking updates.
How long before my order is dispatched?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
I need help with my Amazon order.
For orders placed on Amazon, please navigate to "Your Orders" in your Amazon account to initiate a return or contact the seller. If you require technical product support, please provide your Amazon Order ID when contacting our team so we can verify your purchase.
Cost of Shipping.
